PRICING
The free Audit detects observable Microsoft 365 posture. Operation adds approval-gated remediation and read-back proof. Its price is public; purchase availability follows the current readiness descriptor. The automation studio is a separate quote-based line.
PRIMARY PRODUCT · MICROSOFT 365 + AZURE
201 rules detect posture; 188 playbooks describe the response; 97 bindings are certified to a concrete rule and 21 Microsoft Graph executors can act under required approval. HOW THE NUMBER IS SET
The range is not negotiating room: it is the distance between automating a process that lives in one system and one that crosses several. These are the four variables that set the number, and they are exactly the four questions the quote form asks. The engine can quote up to four integrations; if your description implies more, it says so in writing before you pay.
Email and one spreadsheet does not cost what email, an ERP and a customer portal costs. Every system adds an integration to build, test and document — and one that somebody has to be able to maintain afterwards.
A workflow running twelve times a day tolerates far less error than a weekly one. The cost is not in the happy path: it is in how many odd cases must be handled before it can run unattended.
One approval is one gate. Three departments in sequence are three gates, each with its own log, its waiting time and its escalation route for when nobody answers.
The real price of an automation lives in the exceptions: what goes back to a human, with what evidence, and how already-executed work is reversed. A workflow with no rollback path is cheaper to build and far more expensive to operate.
With those four answered, the written scope, fixed number, delivery window and private link arrive immediately by email. If anything is wrong, it is corrected in writing before payment.

OPERATION · PURCHASE BOUNDARY
The current descriptor marks Operation as authorized_pilot_only. The API requires a completed Audit bound to the same buyer, terms acceptance, and idempotency. In production, only an exact pilot authorization enables checkout; every other attempt is rejected before money moves.
No card · prerequisite to any authorized purchase
FAQ
The free Microsoft 365 Audit is generally available. Operation publishes its canonical subscription price, but general purchase remains closed while the descriptor says authorized_pilot_only; an expressly authorized buyer-and-Audit-scoped pilot can initiate purchase through the Commerce API. Custom automation and the white-label assessment remain separate quote-based studio offers.
Because scope sets the price, not a list. How many systems the workflow touches, at what volume it runs, how many approvals it needs and what happens to exceptions move the number inside the range. With those four questions answered — the same four the quote draft asks — the scope document closes on a fixed number and a committed date. That scope is stated in writing, in the quote email and on your engagement page, and the price and the delivery window are fixed before the deposit link is issued: if anything does not match what you need, you ask for the correction before you pay.
50% deposit to schedule the work, 50% on delivery accepted against the criteria in the scope document. We take bank transfer or card (Stripe); customers invoiced in Mexico get a CFDI 4.0 for every payment, customers outside Mexico get a Stripe receipt. Custom automation carries no recurring charge; the white-label assessment does have a monthly operations and hosting fee, stated in the quote itself.
It is quoted separately, in writing, before it is built. The original scope document does not stretch — that is what makes a fixed price possible. We never invoice hours you did not approve in advance.
Not for the studio work. We build on the tools you already run: if your process lives in email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp or an ERP, the workflow is built there. Microsoft 365 is only required for the security line, which scans that tenant.
You do. We hand over the working workflow plus documentation, training and the rollback procedure, with 30 days of post-delivery adjustments. The exception is the white-label assessment: we host and operate that one, which is why it carries a monthly fee.
Yes. You connect read-only, we run the 155 Microsoft Graph rules (of the 201-rule library) and you receive every finding, the score and the plan in an executive report, with no card and no commitment. The preview typically appears in minutes; the complete report is a best-effort deliverable with an estimated target of up to 1 hour.
For customers invoiced in Mexico we issue a CFDI 4.0 for every payment (we collect your RFC and tax details when the scope closes); automatic emission via PAC before the SAT is being enabled, and in the meantime we coordinate each receipt with you. MXN prices include IVA, itemized on the CFDI. For customers outside Mexico, Stripe issues a receipt for each payment — CFDI 4.0 is a Mexican fiscal instrument and we do not claim it applies to you.
THE NEXT STEP
Answer the four intake questions. If the scope fits the published rules, the system creates and emails the private quote; exception-heavy requests enter review. In either case, no payment is requested before scope validation. If you would rather start with the assessment, it takes 3 minutes and asks for no card.
