A guarantee is only worth something if the vendor can stand behind it. So we guarantee the outcomes that are in our control and measured with evidence — and we say plainly what we cannot promise. Every guarantee here is enforceable: if we miss it, we don't charge.
Delivery & satisfaction
Delivery is typically in minutes. If for any reason it exceeds 24 business hours from when you complete onboarding, we don't charge for it.
And if within the first 7 days the report doesn't deliver on its promise — every prioritized finding and the remediation plan — we refund 100%. You don't have to fight for the refund: we process it.
Material findings
If your free scan shows fewer than 10 material findings — Medium severity or higher, each mapped to a CIS or NIST control — the Audit is free.
We calibrate this floor against your own tenant in the 90-second scan before we charge you. You know exactly what you'll get before you pay — the floor isn't a bet, it's a preview.
Operation · verified remediation
Every remediation we report as applied is re-verified by the next scan, with before/after evidence.
If a fix we marked "applied" doesn't show the corresponding control improvement on re-scan, that remediation is credited to your account. You pay for verified results, not attempts.
We will not amend this page to promise something we can't measure and stand behind.
The delivery (<24h) and satisfaction (7-day) guarantees apply to the productized Audit. The findings floor applies when a free scan precedes the purchase. Remediation verification applies to the Operation subscription. The full enforceable terms are part of the service contract (SOW/MSA) you sign before paying.
