We promise only what is written and provable

Every paid engagement is governed by its scope and acceptance criteria. This page explains the operating minimum behind current offers; the accepted quote controls when it contains more specific terms.

A guarantee with a verifiable condition

The guarantee covers the first payment, including setup, for 14 days and only while no subscription remediation has reached applied or verified.

General checkout is closed. Only an authorized pilot bound to the buyer and a completed Audit can initiate purchase through the outcomes API; all other customers start with the free Audit. Payment or a submitted change is never reported as a proven outcome without read-back and finding resolution.

Scope · before payment

Outcome, price, and date in writing

We do not request payment for an ambiguous description. The scope document identifies the process, deliverables, exclusions, acceptance criteria, price, schedule, and owners.

For Custom automation, the standard split is 50% to schedule and 50% after accepted delivery. A scope change requires a new quote; it does not silently become open-ended hourly work.

Governance · in every delivery

Approval, stop control, evidence, and rollback

Consequential actions carry a human approval gate. Delivery includes an execution trail, a stop control, and a documented rollback procedure for the agreed scope.

Exceptions that cannot be automated defensibly return to a person with context. The automation does not invent authorisation or hide failures.

Working system, documentation, and training

We deliver the workflow against the accepted criteria, together with operating instructions, training, and the rollback procedure.

Custom automation includes 30 days of post-delivery adjustments within scope. White-label assessment includes only the monthly operation explicitly stated in its quote.

Microsoft 365 Audit · free

Read-only and no invented verdicts

The free Audit does not modify the tenant. It reports observed findings and marks controls it cannot prove as pending or needs_review.

The standard scan does not access email, file, or calendar content. Access can be revoked in Microsoft 365. General checkout is closed. Only an authorized pilot bound to the buyer and a completed Audit can initiate purchase through the outcomes API; all other customers start with the free Audit.

What this page does not guarantee

It does not promise savings, ROI, a finding count, or a commercial outcome that depends on client or third-party data.
It does not create a public SLA, multi-region operation, or 24/7 support. Any service commitment exists only in the accepted agreement.
It does not represent payment, a submitted change, or an execution without read-back as a proven outcome.

If a condition matters to your purchase, it must appear in your accepted quote.

Order of precedence

The quote, scope, and accepted Terms form the applicable agreement. If they conflict, the engagement-specific document controls over this general explanation.
